  FUNCTION SYSFUN.DSN_XMLVALIDATE_NAME_VARCHAR FAILED
  LE/370 CEEPIPI ENCLAVE RC=0000, FEEDBACK INFORMATION = CEE3352
  This was followed by
  DSNX905I DSNX9CAC PROCEDURE OR FUNCTION
  SYSFUN.DSN_XMLVALIDATE_NAME_VARCHAR TERMINATED ABNORMALLY.
  

Local fix

• Change to LOCALE LCTYPE=en_EN.
  

Problem summary

  The XML schema validation function could not handle the
  language specified in LOCALE LCTYPE if that
  language is currently not supported.
  The ABORT process is called for the unsupported language
  and therefore leads to the abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The XML schema validation function has been changed to not
  abend when the language specified in the LOCALE LCTYPE
  is not supported. We will default it to English,
  LOCALE LCTYPE=en_EN.
