  *                 from TSO datasets under QMF/CICS.            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users attempting to IMPORT from TSO     *
  *                      datasets under QMF/CICS will experience *
  *                      MSGDSQ50035 (DSQ50035) DYNALLOC error:  *
  *                      return code 12;  reason code X'037C'.   *
  *                      Per the QMF Installing and Managing     *
  *                      Guide, the DSQCBST program EXECKEY has  *
  *                      been set to CICS and the DSQCTLXI       *
  *                      program has been disabled.              *

  QMF was improperly managing the TSO dataset name under CICS.
