Problem
Running an existing report after an upgrade to Congos Analytics 11 returns an error. The database connection in Cognos Analytics had been reconfigured by our customer during the upgrade to CA 11 to use the new type 'IBM Planning Analytics' connection type instead of 'IBM Cognos TM1'.

RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the 'asynchRun_Request' command.
QFS-ERR-0001 Unable to find the provider 'TM1REST' on the list of configured providers.
