Installing IBM Counter Fraud Management 2.0.0.1 APAR PO07582

Attention:

  • This fix pack is only for deployments where i2 Analyze is installed on the ICFM Supplemental server.
  • The path to the target directory is:

    /opt/IBM/iap-3.0.5.1/IAP-Deployment-Toolkit/configuration/fragments/CounterFraud_DAOD_Connector

Follow these steps to install this interim fix:

  1. On the ICFM Supplemental server, back up DAOD connector files:
    1. If local changes were made to any configuration, properties, class, XSLT, LIB, JAR, XML, or JSON files, make sure that you have a backup copy of each file and that the contents of the backup file are current.
    2. Rename the WEB-INF directory to backup-WEB-INF.
    3. Create a new WEB-INF directory.
  2. Download the APAR installation file (2.0.0.1-Other-IBMCFM-Multi-PO07582.zip) from the IBM Support Fix Central website to the /tmp directory.
  3. Unzip the APAR installation file.

Note: Two subdirectories are created. The CFM directory contains the new DAOD connector files; swidtag contains the new inventory file.

  4. Navigate to the CFM/Applications/CounterFraud_DAOD_Connector/WEB-INF directory. This directory contains classes and lib directories.
  5. Switch to the wasmgr user and copy the contents of the classes and lib directories to the new WEB_INF directory that you created in Step 1.
  6. Compare the contents of the new CounterFraud_DAOD_Connector/WEB-INF/classes/*.properties files to their backup versions. Update the new files with any local values as needed.
  7. If local changes were made to any other files, update the new versions with the local values to avoid regression.
  8. Navigate to /tmp/2.0.0.1-Other-IBMCFM-Multi-PO07582/swidtag and copy the ibm.com_IBM_Counter-Fraud_Management-2.0.0.1-PO07582.swidtag file to the /opt/IBM/icfm/2.0/swidtag directory on the Core server.
  9. Delete the /tmp/2.0.0.1-Other-IBM-Multi-PO07582.zip file.
  10. Verify successful APAR installation following the "Verifying ICFM supplemental server installation" procedure in the IBM Counter Fraud Management 2.0.0.1 Knowledge Center.

List of changes

This interim fix includes the following update:

  • Fixed issue with DAOD connector network search. If a filter was disabled, the filter was still included on the search. The DAOD connector now checks the filter against the disabled filter list.
