Getting error message "CM-SYS-5092 Content Manager failed while returning the query results. A lock could not be obtained within the time requested." while performing any operations in Cognos like opening a folder link, clicking on next page, opening a report link, etc...
Cogserver.log shows below error messages :
1. “CM-SYS-5092 Content Manager failed while returning the query results. A lock could not be obtained within the time requested.
2. CM-SYS-2213 The Content Manager retried a request that failed due to a database deadlock. Cause: CM-SYS-5173 Content Manager failed while processing a database transaction because of a database deadlock.
