Error description

• An interval snap ending between 12:00 and 00:15,
  with CQMPARMS parameter INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT set to ( Y ),
  exposes a problem causing a negative number to be passed to the
  STIMER request, resulting in the S12F ABEND in CQM#SWTX.
