Opening PDF output in Cognos Analytics shows blank page

Troubleshooting


Problem

When opening PDF output, it shows blank page instead of PDF report output.

Symptom

There is no pop-up, the report just sits without any output. If the report is run in the background, the Administration console indicates that the report has completed successfully but there is no output and nothing is emailed out.
