Error description

• Valid XML exponential decimal numbers are being truncated, and
  the resulting values are not the correct values, leading to
  incorrect output.
  
  For example:
  
  <price>-12.78</price>
  <price>-12.78e-2</price>
  <price>-12.78e18</price>
  
  ..all the above lines are read as 12.78 only.

  Problem Description:
  When processing XML "double" type fields which support
  exponential notation (12.78e2), WTX would incorrectly truncate
  the e2 value and continue processing. Value 12.78e2 would become
  12.78. The correct value for 12.78e2 is 1278.0.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• WTX core engine does not support exponential notation. WTX will
  now flag as error any double fields with exponential notation as
  "Exponential numeric data type not supported".
