  When we try opening a .mpr file, which was created in SDL from
  an .msc file we encounter the below error message:

  1: ERROR syntax error
  token found    : _unknown_
  expected tokens: Name
  
  Configuration:

  OS: Windows XP
  SDL version: 6.3
  
  Steps to reproduce
  -------------------------------
  1. Created a .mpr from a .msc file using the steps below:
  a) sdt -noclients
  b) serverpc 1000 start 5000
  c) serverpc 5000 start 7000
  d) serverpc msce mscgrpr Helloworld.msc Helloworld.mpr - 1
  2. Open the Sample HelloWorld system preseny in the installation
  directory
  3. Try to open the .mpr file through Tools ' Editors ' MSC
  editor. In MSC editor File --? Open
  
  Support Observation

  In the geneated .mpr file, if we comment the statement
  'mscdocument -;' then we are able to open the file in SDL using
  MSC editor.
  As the .mpr file was created using SDL we believe that this is a
  Defect. Please let us know if otherwise.
