PM48236: EN_AU and EN_GB languages do not effect WCM Date Choosers when a pplied in Portal

Error description

• The EN_US date format is MM/DD/YYYY the EN_GB and EN_AU date
  format is DD/MM/YYYY after adding the EN_GB or EN_AU language to
  Portal the WCM date entry widget will still use the EN_US date
  format.
  
  Adding languages to Portal is described in the Portal Info
  Center here:

  Following this process EN_AU and EN_GB can be added as supported
  languages to Portal and this will cause the dates in the date
  selector to show in the correct format.

Problem conclusion

• EN_AU and EN)GB date formatting was being ignored by the WCM
  date selector once they had been applied to Portal. This fix
  adds support for these two locales to the date selector.
