PM48135: memory leak with DataGrid and DojoContextMenu components of RUI application

  Description.
  A memory leak occurs in conjunction with DataGrids and
  DojoContextMenu components when deploying, running an associated
  RUI application.
  
  When viewed in any browser the memory usage keeps increasing and
  is not ever being freed and continues to increase when
  implementing additional event calls associated with the
  datagrid.
  
  Removing the datagrid entry from the code shows the memory usage
  is managed correctly where after each event call it decreases
  thereafter.

• This is not a defect.
  The performance problem is under expected, because creating
  400 DojoContextMenu is a time-consuming work.
  I have 2 suggestions for this issue.
  1. Use Pagination of DataGrid to load less data at
  initialization.
  2. I notice that the context menu for the cells in one row
  is identical, so I suggest to use 1 context menu for all row
  cells. I attach the updated test case to demonstrate this.
