  1.Current date and time incorrectly substituted for &FIRST and
    &JFIRST variables in journal archive output data set name.
  2.Storage not being released when LMM2 STARTBROWSE request does
    not result in positioning.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.Changed code to correctly substitute date/time stamp from
    first journal record being written to output data set for
    &FIRST and &JFIRST in journal archive output data set name.
  2.Changed code to correctly substitute date/time stamp from
    first journal record being written to output data set for
    &FIRST and &JFIRST in journal archive output data set name.
