• Message
  KO2O0924E OMEGAMON XE FOR DB2 PE INITIALIZATION FAILED BECAUSE
  DB2 ISNO IS TERMINATING (INITTCAI)
  is misleading.
  
  The message indicates the subsystem is terminating when in fact
  the subsystem may not be active or may never have existed.
  
  Message is seen in OMPE joblog when an attempt is made to logon
  to monitor an invalid or inactive DB2 subsystem.
  

Local fix

• Confirm that a valid , active DB2 subsystem name is used
  when attempting to logon to OMPE
