Error description

  • After removing a server or cluster that contains a batch/grid
    app, a invalid entry is displayed on the WebSphere grid
    endpoints listing in the Job Scheduler administrative console
    panel.

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

    The administrative console listing of WebSphere grid endpoints
    for a Job Scheduler will contain an invalid and non-existent
    server as an entry, if a grid endpoint server or cluster is
    deleted.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code which produces the grid endpoint listing has been
    updated to correctly only list valid entries.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 1.0.0.5. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
