In some cases IBM Safer Payments takes a long time to start up completely after a restart.
Symptom
Messages showing that the server is taking a long time to start:
4 2017-11-26 18:00:02.004931 I 0162 Shutdown signal 'Terminated' received
4 2017-11-26 18:02:39.306934 I 0163 Shutdown completed successfully
4 2017-11-26 19:55:36.398801 C 0000 IRIS 5.3.1.05 build 180f5dc of Aug 22 2017 15:08:36 for 64B UNIX is started
4 2017-11-28 14:04:54.503929 I 0159 IRIS startup completed successfully
Messages showing that the application is allocating memory during start up, and it is taking a long time to do it:
4 2017-11-26 20:33:41.576082 I 0033 DDC for attribute 'ToBeProcessedUntil' taken unchanged with 1,750,000,000 records using 8.149 GB disk
4 2017-11-26 22:36:57.732187 I 0030 MDC for attribute 'TransactionType' created with 420,000,000 records using 5.867 GB RA
