Problem
When reporting on dates and times from IBM Configurat Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications such as IBM Rational Team concert (RTC) and Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) using Report builder for IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) there can be a difference in the times.
