Error description

• When performing a normal shutdown of CICS TG while work is
  still in progress, statistics are written to the log multiple
  times.

  When performing a normal shutdown of CICS TG while work is
  still in progress, statistics are written to the log
  multiple times. This is because multiple requests complete at
  the same time on different threads, and cause the shutdown
  logic that controls the collection and writing of statistics to
  be called multiple times.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS Transaction Gateway has been changed so that shutdown
  statistics are written to the log once.
