Symptom
Encountering Error (ORA - 25408 Can Not Safely Replay Call).
Cause
The Loss of connection to an Oracle node on a cluster.
The WTX Oracle Adapter does not support automatic failover to another node in an Oracle Cluster.
Environment
Using the IBM WebSphere Transformation (WTX)/IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) Extender Oracle adapter and the Oracle Database is in an Oracle Cluster.
Diagnosing The Problem
Error ORA - 25408 (Can Not Safely Replay Call) is encountered when loss of connection to an Oracle node in an Oracle cluster.
Resolving The Problem
Use the WTX/ITX ODBC Adapter which supports automatic failover to another node in Oracle
Cluster.
