Problem
After Upgrading Cognos 10.2.2 to Cognos 11.0.8 a user is not able to click on the report link as it is greyed out and not active. However a user is able to access more options for report and "View versions" and report version is listed in there and user is able to access report version. When the report appears in their recent on the Cognos Welcome page they still cannot access this.
