PM42543: QCI 3.5 sync error on empty module

Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface Fix Pack 1 (3.5.0.1) for 3.5

Error description

• When using DOORS/Quality Center Interface 3.4.0.2, if you try to
  sync an empty module from DOORS to QC, it completes with no
  errors. It simply says 0 objects created/modified in the report.
  
  
  Now if you try to run a full or incremental sync using
  DOORS/Quality Center Interface 3.5 with an empty DOORS module
  the following happens:
  1) In the admin tool it appears that the 'Executing task' window
  goes on forever with it being stuck at the 'Retrieving
  configuration data ...' step
  2) The actual task summary says the outcome is an error and
  there are DXL errors
  3) checking the DOORS* log file for DXL errors you see:
  -R-E- DXL: ?addins/doorstdint/tdsync.inc:1818? unassigned
  variable (obj)
  Backtrace:

   ?Line:3?
  -I- DXL: execution halted
  -E- DOORS: DXL halted with run-time error
  
  
  I would expect the 3.5 interface to run the same way as 3.4.0.2.
  To complete successfully and not sync any objects since the
  module is empty.
