PM41564: RDz: TSO user encountering error message 213-30 in the system log when trying to save to a PDS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to save a PDS member receiving the following
  error on the client:
  
  RSEF1002: (x) Operation failed. File system input or output
  error.
  Details brings up: Message reported from file system: CRRZI0277E
  System ABEND 213-30.
  
  The host system log contains the following: SYSTEM COMPLETION
  CODE=213 REASON CODE=00000030
  
  This error appears to occur when two IDs are allocated to the
  same data set.

Problem conclusion

• The RSE server was fixed to close the open file on disconnect.
