Troubleshooting
Problem
When IBM HTTP Server version 9 is installed on Windows, Cognos Administrator notices following error while attempting to start up web server using mod2_4_cognos.dll in cognos.conf httpd.exe: Syntax error on line xxx of {IBM_HTTP_Server_Install_Directory}/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line x of {IBM_HTTP_Server_Install_Directory}/conf/cognos.conf: Cannot load {Cognos_Analytics_Gateway_Install_Directory}/cgi-bin/mod2_4_cognos.dll into server: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
