PM40620: RSA-RTE: Imported TCs incorrectly import as TargetRTS

Error description

• When performing an import from Rational Rose RealTime,
  Transformations associated with CORBA c++ types created from an
  import may be incorrectly associated with a TargetRTS type.

  Components with environment 'C++' are being imported with
  (inherited) 'C++ TargetRTS' environment. Validation will
  insist they have a top capsule defined which they couldn't
  have had in the Rational Rose RealTime model (capsules
  require the 'C++ TargetRTS' environment).
  

Problem conclusion

• The Rational Rose RealTime importer no longer import
  components with 'C++' environments to 'C++ TargetRTS'
  environments.
