Problem
After implementing SSL on a load-balancer gateway, the gateway does not redirect to the Cognos Analytics Welcome page. Instead, it displays a directory listing of the files in the bi directory For example... https://server_name/ibmcognos redirects to... https://server_name /ibmcognos/bi and displays the directory structure. However... https://server_name/ibmcognos/bi/v1 takes the user into Cognos Analytics Welcome page
