Error description

• The unload takes an ENQ with inappropriate ressources name. This
  causes unloas run on different DB2 objects or different DB2
  subsystem/data sharing groups to uselessly wait for each other
  while they could be run independently.
  
  * In HPU v3.2 and HPU v4.1, ENQ's minor name is CATLG.
    Problems may occur where several unloads jobs are run in
    parallel.
