Report not prompting for values in Cognos Analytics

Troubleshooting


Problem

When selecting the report you want to run, the report runs but just appears with pre-defined data, instead of prompting the user for which data they would like to select. However when pressing on the three dots next to the report, and selecting 'Run-As' the report will run and prompt the user to select values.
