Troubleshooting
Problem
Spectrum Protect Backup-Archive clients are unable to connect to the Spectrum Protect server after the server upgrade to 7.1.8 or 8.1.2. The ANS1592E error is logged.
Symptom
The following error is logged :
ANS1592E Failed to initialize SSL protocol
