Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Group - Reports - Trial Balance with Drilldown". User runs report. The performance is slow. Other actions in Controller may also be slow too.
Symptom
Intermittent slow performance when running Trial Balance reports (and perhaps other Controller functionality too).
- The slow performance will only occur soon after data has been imported.
Example:
In one real-life customer example, a Trial Balance report slowed (from 15 seconds = normal speed) to over 50 minutes.
