  HP Load job gets ABENDU3762 when processing HALDB OSAM with
  DBALLABOVE option in the DFSVSAMP DD.
  This APAR provides a sample JCL to apply USERMOD to avoid the
  abend by disabling DBALLABOVE as a workaround.
  To apply the USERMOD, you must:
  1. RECEIVE/APPLY/ACCEPT PTF UK67540 (APAR PM36068).
  2. Edit the HPSRUMD1 JCL member (a sample JCL including USERMOD)
     and submit it to RECEIVE/APPLY the USERMOD.
  
  Do not apply the USERMOD under any of the following conditions:
  - You do not need to disable DBALLABOVE.
  - Your IMS level is V9 without PQ98773 or prior versions of IMS.
