PM36656: AFTER DB2 S04F ABEND, KO2O1963E MESSAGE ISSUED EVERY 6 SECONDS

Error description

• After DB2 S04F abend, KO2O1963E message issued every 6 seconds
  COMPLETION CODE                    8004F000
   ABENDING PROGRAM NAME/SVRB ADDRESS DGOVMSTR
  Abend S04F indicates that a certain DB2 subsystem, connected to
  PE Server subtask, abends for some reasons. PE Server subtask
  can not currently survive crashes of DB2 instances being
  monitored by the subtask and  is abending with S04F completion
  code as a victim. OMEGAMON Collector recognizes that PE Server
  doesn't respond and repeatedly (each 6 secs) issues the
  KO2O1963E message.
