  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Lock resource CB collection on remote LPAR is not supported.
  Some lock types showed as UNDT in lock resource display.
  Thread lock own and thread lock wait info are missing
  in data sharing environment.

  Use XCF to collect locking conflict resource data
  on a remote LPAR.
  Added missing lock types.
  Collect and display thread's own and wait info on ZLOCKO
  and ZLOKW panels in data sharing environment.
