PM34313: START PESERVER BEFORE OTHER OMPE SUBSTASKS

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Since the implementation of Data Sharing Group (DSG) support it
  has been a requirement for the PESERVER task to be started. Many
  other subtasks of OMPE are dependent upon the environment
  established by the initialization of the PESERVER task. For this
  reason the start of the PESERVER subtask should be the first
  thing started when OMPE is brought up. ICAT does not presently
  put the exec to start the PESERVER first in the list of
  initialization commands.

  ROUTING INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.
  
  Consideration should be given what action should be taken by
  other subtasks when the PESERVER task has not completed
  initialization.
  

Local fix

• Locate the member with the same name as the started task highest
  in the datasets concatenated to RKANPAR DD in the task.
  
  Move the command to start the PESERVER to first in the list of
  commands. The command to start the PESERVER is EXEC OMPEosid
  where osid is the LPAR name. Presently the first command is
  EXEC CCPCosid to start the common collector.
