PM34189: SIP OUTBOUND CALL FAILS.

Error description

INFO message sent to the caller with wrong port Via header.
While proxy/registrar application is mapped to 5080 port,
the header is added with 5060 port, which caused Session
Initiation Protocol (SIP) Outbound calls to fail.

The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container used the
default provider port for outgoing requests when the outgoing
transport was in lower case, ignoring the virtual host port

Problem conclusion

The SIP container now uses the virtul host port for the via
port even if the outgoing transport is in lower case

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
