PM32549: SQLCODEN4700 ERROR: ATTEMPT TO USE NEW FUNCTION BEFORE NEW FUNCTION MODE

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool the CC function for creating a copy
  of the DB2 catalog fails with sqlcode -4700 when running the
  first job to create the LIKE tables.

  Error messages appear similar to:

  Problem occurs because executing a work statement list gathers
  various environment variables including SET SCHEMA which is not
  a valid statement in DB2 R810 CM mode.  When the statement is
  attempted, a SQLCODE= -4700/SQLCODEN4700 error is received
  from program ADBTEP2 whenever a work statement list is run:

Problem conclusion

• The program is changed to not issue this erroneous statement in
  the DB2 R810 compatibility mode environment.
