If you click "Sign in" again, while the authentication seems to be hung, you will receive the error:
AAA-AUT-0013 message when logging in to Cognos Connection
In some cases, you will be able to authenticate against other Dispatchers in the environment without issue.

The cam_passport is set while watching the authentication tool with either Fiddler or the Browser's Developer tools.
The product appears to be requesting "logonAs" in its url many times, without being successful.
