PM32140: when all policies are ok the Policy icon shows error

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the policies run 3 possibles results are shown: error,
  warning or success.
  Sometimes  when all policies are OK  an error icon is shown in
  summary result.

  The scenario is add a policy that runs on a state and fails.
  Now remove that policy and add another policy that runs on
  the same state and passes.
  While checking the result it looks for both the policy
  results, and it fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• It should not check for the policies that don't exist any
  more in that state. This is not a common scenario and it is
  fixed it in 7.5.1.
