HTTP ERROR 404 accessing /mailbox URI error in Sterling B2B Integrator.

Troubleshooting


Problem

The /hello uri works as designed However, the /mailbox throws a 404 error. Verified the path to the war file as being correct.

Symptom

HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /mailbox/jsp/MBISearch.jsp
Reason: NOT_FOUND

and:
HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /mailbox/html/header.htm.
Reason: NOT_FOUND
