PM29620: Documentation: 6.1.5 information center topic "User roles and access" table 4 ("Button access") is incorrect

Error description

• The Button access table (Table 4) is incorrect.
  Issue #1: the restart workflow section is not correct, as the
  Manager should have access to the see the button regardless if
  they have been set as approvers or not.
  Issue #2: This table exists on on another page in the WCM IC and
  they are different (this WCM version being more accurate):
