Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655W3700, JOB=OMXEO2  ,
  LMOD=KO2OCNTB#L, CSECT=O2OCMC  , OFFSET=0005DE
  ABEND0C4-11 KO2OCMCB+5DE (at PM23887level) on a 95D95015 (CLI)
  instruction, R5 bad.  While processing an RLOG command,
  Omegamon determined the desired DB2 was not operational,
  but nonetheless made a subsequent check if the desires DB2
  was remote.  Since no data for that DB2 was found, any
  further checking for that DB2 should not have been done.

  ABEND0C4-4 KO2OSBSB+1798 (at PM23887 level) on a D5031002D090
  (CLC) instrction with R1 bad.  Omegamon was checking to see
  if the desired DB2 system was operational when the error
  occurred.
