  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool         *
  *                 for z/OS who use the DB2 Administration      *
  *                 Tool's SQL Select Prototype option on        *
  *                 the ADB21'System Catalog' panel.             *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the LASEL command on         *
  *                      the ADB21 panel, the command is         *
  *                      invalid.  The use of aggregate          *
  *                      functions and the RESET primary         *
  *                      command in the ADB21TSE 'Build          *
  *                      SQL SELECT Prototype' panel             *
  *                      when performing the xxSEL               *
  *                      command from the ADB21 panel,           *
  *                      causes errors in the display of         *
  *                      the resultant panel that was            *
  *                      requested by the xxSEL                  *
  *                      command.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY PTF.                                   *

  The LASEL command was invalid on ADB21.  Use of
  aggregate functions and the RESET command in the
  ADB21TSE 'Build SQL SELECT Prototype' panel when
  using the xxSEL command to build a SQL select prototype
  from the ADB21 panel directly results in incorrect data
  on the resultant panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program has been modified to add support for the LASEL
  command.  Aggregate functions will not be allowed when
  using the ADB21TSE panel because the xxSEL command
  will cause an SQL error due to conflict with the columns in
  the SELECT clause that are needed for the resultant panel.
  Also, a RESET primary command in the ADB21TSE panel
  because of the xxSEL command will keep the 'T.*' in the
  SELECT clause as it is needed for the resultant panel,
  all other added clauses will be reset.
