XSLT Service does not properly transform XML data when the input has been written to the ProcessData using an Update Standard Rule.

Troubleshooting

Problem

A translation map creates regularly mapped output but also creates an XML structure that is written to the ProcessData with an Update Standard Rule. (update processdata set xpathresult = 'Order' where xpath = 'ThisOrder';) The map writes the XML to the ProcessData and the content is well formed. However, an XSLT Services that uses this data as input does not properly transform the data; some desired transformations do not occur

Symptom

XSLT Service does not perform desired transformations when the input has been written to the ProcessData using an Update Standard Rule. There is no error, but many desired transformations simply do not occur.
