ControllerWorkFlow script not restarting a BP

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using the ControllerWorkFlow.sh/cmd script to restart a BP, the script throws the warning: "Work flow is not in the valid state for this action" and the BP is not restarted.

Symptom

"ControllerWorkFlow.sh -r D 1234567"
"Found internal config file
/com/sterlingcommerce/security/jcae/provider.txt, loading it now!
Done loading it.
Controller loading lists...
Work flow is not in the valid state for this action
ControllerWorkFlow succeeded '0' "
