Error description

• After adding a file to a component, when using the [...] button
  in the features window to link to specify a path to the file,
  the result is always an absolute path. This is not useful when
  working in a team environment.

  When you add a file to a component, and use the ... button
  to specify the path, the result is an absolute path by
  default.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the path selected is a sub-path of the path of the
  component/folder that contains the relevant folder or file,
  then you can set the new property
  Dialog::File::ConvertSelectedPathToRelative to True, and the
  path used will be relative, instead of absolute. For
  example, if the path for the containing folder is
  "C:/dir1/dir2", and you select a file whose path is
  "C:/dir1/dir2/dir3/dir4", the path used will be relative
  ("dir3/dir4") if you have set ConvertSelectedPathToRelative
  to True.
