Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, Change Management's
  ANalyze function may fail with message:
  IBM0361W ONCODE=350  The STRINGRANGE condition was raised.
           From entry point STACK_ALTER_DDL at statement 9650 at
           compile unit offset address 34AE814A.

Problem conclusion

• This code change will resolve the ONCODE issue.
