Cannot click 'OK' in 'Controller on Cloud Privacy Notice' screen, when trying to launch Controller-on-Cloud (stuck on blue 'Windows sign-in' screen) solved by using TAB and SPACE

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller-on-Cloud website. User authenticates, and then clicks on the 'Controller' icon.
After a few seconds, a "Windows sign-in" message appears. User tries to click on the OK button, but this does not work.
  • User cannot acknowledge the message, so the Controller client does not launch.
Problem appears intermittent. Sometimes the OK button responds/works.
