PM25647: ENHANCEMENT TO SUPPORT IMS V10 AND V11 LOG RECORD CHANGES

Error description

• Enhancement to support IMS V10 and V11 log record changes.
  IMSPA needs to support updated IMS log records:
  1. IMS 11 APAR PM24076 changes the format and length of the
     x'08' log record by adding CCTL transaction id and task
     number. This prevents the CICS Transaction Id and Task
     Number from being reported by IMS PA form-based reports.
  2. IMS 10 APAR PM13573 & IMS 11 APAR PM24902 change the format
     and length of the x'4507' log record by adding a count of
     transient waits for buffers. This prevents the logger
     transient waits for buffer from being reported by the IMS PA
     IRUR report.
  
  Problem Resolution:
  Update IMS PA to report using the updated log record formats and
  contents:
    1. Set TRANCODE from LINTSY2 if CCTL or AER region type
       (V410 and V420).  Add new field CCTLTASK, populated from
       LINTCTSK (V420 only).
    2. Add a line to the "Logger Statistics" report to report
       "Buffer Waits: Transient".
