Problem summary
Users Affected: WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using SUBSTITUTE function in multithreading environment Problem Description: WTX core engine function SUBSTITUE is not multithreading safe. As a result, internal structures can be corrupted resulting with random crashes. WORD_OP or SUBSTITUE functions are likely to be in the stack trace.
