Changing the connection settings on your app that was downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Troubleshooting


Problem

An Anywhere application that you downloaded from either the Apple App Store or Google Play does not connect to your company's existing Maximo Anywhere environment.

Resolving The Problem

iOS:

1. Contact your administrator to obtain the correct MobileFirst Server URL for Maximo Anywhere.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap on the Maximo Anywhere app, for example, Work Execution.
4. Enable Use custom URL.
5. Enter Custom server URL.

Android:

1. Contact your administrator to obtain the correct MobileFirst Server URL for Maximo Anywhere.
2. Open the Maximo Anywhere app, for example, Work Execution.
3.Tap on Connection Settings on the login page.
4. Select the Server Address checkbox.
5. Enter Server URL.
