PM24906: ERRORS ENCOUNTERED DURING MONITOR EOF PROCESSING ARE NOT REPLICATED IN THE SYSPRINT OUTPUT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Errors encountered during Monitor reporting are reported via
  the diags output (IPIDIAGS) and are summarized at EOF in
  SYSPRINT.  Any errors encountered during EOF are reported only
  in the diags output and not in SYSPRINT.
  
  Two additional issues addressed:
  1) Transaction Stop time of zero (no transaction stop time)
     triggers an internal error.
  2) Fast Path utilities should be treated as BMPs for Monitor
     PROGSUM report (not as transactions).

  1. Errors encountered during Monitor reporting are reported via
  the diags output (IPIDIAGS) and are summarised at EOF in
  SYSPRINT. Any errors encountered during EOF are reported only in
  the diags output and not in SYSPRINT.
  2. No Transaction Stop time is treated as an internal error.
  3.Fast path utilities are treated as transactions.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Any errors encountered in Monitor EOF should be reported in
  SYSPRINT not in diags.
  Add informational message IPI0098I to indicate if the
  Monitor input may have been truncated (i.e. no logical
  EOF record found).
  NOTE: this message will not be produced if a time range
  is specified for the Monitor report.
  2. If no Stop time for a transaction use the Start time.
  3. Treat Fast Path utilities as BMPs for Monitor reporting.
