Create Nickname returns SQL0901N if SQL Server object defined in lower case with ODBC Driver VMsqls27.so

Troubleshooting

Problem

SQL Server table or view is defined in lower case. DB2 Create Nickname fails to complete with following error: $ db2 create nickname REMOTE_SERVER.TEST1.TABLE1 for SQLSERVE."schema"."sqlserver_tableorview" DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned: SQL0901N The SQL statement or command failed because of a database system error. (Reason "No columns in nickname".) SQLSTATE=58004

Symptom

SQL0901N returned when creating a Nickname on a SQL Server object that was defined in Lower Case. Create Nickname works if the SQL Server object defined in Upper Case..
